Jillian serves as the Director of Retirement Experience at JCC. Jillian collaborates closely with our team to drive 401(k) plan implementation, Streamline Operational processes, and develop Strategic Marketing Initiatives. Her focus is to make the Retirement Plan Experience seamless and more engaging for our Plan Sponsors and Participants.
Before joining JCC, Jillian earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Bob Jones University and brings a strong background of experience in the financial sector, having previously served as a Client Relationship Manager. She’s currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, which gives her a unique mix of creativity and analytical thinking, a combination that helps her deliver innovative, client-centered solutions.
Jillian enjoys going to the beach, her cat Toasty, and volunteering alongside her husband at their church
