Laura serves as the Director of Client Implementation at JCC and is responsible for risk management client service and new business processing for all Life, Disability Income, and Long Term Care insurance. Before joining JCC in 2017, Laura worked in the airline industry for 25+ years, holding various customer service roles.
Laura enjoys giving back to the community through her involvement with various non-profits, including Glynn Visual Arts.
