Laura is the Director of Client Implementation at JCC, where she oversees client service and leads the implementation of Risk Management products. She is also responsible for processing new business across Life, Disability Income, and Long-Term Care insurance lines. Since joining JCC in 2017, Laura has brought a strong client-first mindset shaped by her 25 years of experience in the airline industry, where she held a variety of customer service roles.
Outside of work, Laura is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved with several local non-profits, including Glynn Visual Arts. She also enjoys spending quality time with her grandson.
