A native of Charleston, SC, Thomas began his Financial Planning career in 2013. He graduated from The University of the South (Sewanee) with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2004, where he played on the Men’s Soccer Team and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
Thomas specializes in Fee-based Financial and Estate Planning for clients ranging from Young Professionals to High Net Worth individuals, with a focus on working with multi-generational Farm Families and Agribusiness Owners. Thomas enjoys all aspects of the client experience; from the initial meeting establishing the adviser-client relationship, to the implementation of strategies designed to custom fit each client’s unique situation. Thomas earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2019 & his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2020 from the American College. He also earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2020 from The Center for Financial Planning. In 2021 Thomas earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation.
